Paving and walls live or die on base prep. Alberta freeze-thaw heaves anything set on a thin base. We prep the base right so it lasts.
Drainage
A retaining wall or patio that traps water fails and heaves. We grade and drain so water goes where it should.
A short season
The Calgary outdoor season is short. We book hardscape work for the window and keep cleanups on a schedule so the yard stays ready.

Base prep, drainage and install happen to the quoted scope, then we clean up.

Sod, planting and final grading happen last, and you approve the finished work before you pay.

Hardscaping is priced by the square footage, the materials, and the base and drainage work underneath. Two patios of the same size can cost very different amounts depending on grade and prep. The only honest way to price it is to stand in the yard, measure, and hand you a written quote. Cleanups and sod are quoted by the area and the scope. The visit and the quote are free.
