We access the attic, measure the existing depth, and check for gaps, venting issues and moisture.

We quote in writing
You get a written quote showing current depth, target depth, scope and price. No charge, no obligation.

We seal and prep
Air sealing, baffles, hatch and vent work happen before any new insulation goes in.
- Step 4
We top up and photograph
We install to the quoted depth and photograph the attic before and after.

Attic insulation is priced by the square footage of your attic, the depth you are starting from, the depth we are bringing it to, and any prep such as removal, air sealing or hatch work. Because every attic is different, the honest way to price it is to come out, measure, and hand you a written quote. There is no charge for the visit or the quote. We will not quote a number over the phone that turns into a different number on the invoice.
